Description: Firstly, I am a photographer who shoots photos of beautiful nude women, but I am absolutely NOT making yet another porn site. Examples of my work can be seen here: (URL removed)%20nudes/ Even among the oceans of porn on the internet, I still believe that a unique presentation of artful erotica can set itself apart and garner popularity. Enter "Robot Girls," a sexy online girly magazine for nerds. Think of it as the thinking man's NSFW site. As the name would indicate, Robot Girls will marry pop cultural motifs (with a strong science fiction/ fantasy theme) to high quality photography of popular internet models in various states of undress. But more than just eye-candy, the magazine will include articles that review everything from the latest Super-hero movie to video games to toys and action figures. These written reviews will be presented as "written by the model" in the accompanying shoot. Think of a high-quality photo gallery of a beautiful nude girl made up like a super heroine or a robot reviewing the latest Batman movie or Grand Theft Auto game. This could potentially garner a level of interest that would allow us to exist and thrive even in a world saturated by nudie pictures. This presentation is designed to appeal to the Comic-Con crowd, a very specific and very money-spending audience that cleave faithfully to their favorite visual motifs. And it goes without saying that the vast majority of this target audience are males in their teens to forties who are employed, have expendable income, and are usually very sex-starved. I've developed vast amounts of skill in photography and graphic art through many years of practice. I'm also very familiar with the tastes of 'nerds' as I am one myself. There are so called "alternative model" sites like Suicide Girls and the like, but these sites appeal to a very narrow slice of those attending Comic-Con. The creation of a girly webzine made specifically for them will generate far more interest. We are asking for a startup investment of 25,000. This will more than handily cover equipment cost, wardrobe, props, model / stylist fees, and website implementation and promotion. The promotion aspect of which will include securing a booth at Comic-Con itself every year with featured models attending. Again, my many years of experience as an artist and pop-cultural junkie make me uniquely qualified to actualize this idea. Your consideration is very much appreciated. And you should also know that you will be investing in an artist's commitment and life-long devotion to good pop art and the realization of monetary success through it, much more than a yogurt shop let's say. I look forward to the possiblity of discussing my plan in greater specifics with you.
