Description:
Monte Carlo is a Up-scale wine lounge by night that offers every step of luxary at a decent price. From hand painted murals covering the walls to steamed towls in the bathroom we give every guest every luxary. Our bar offers every cocktail but emphasizes on it's wine sales. We are planning to be located 258 ft away from the new Event Center in Allen, Tx that is host to all kinds of events. I need funding and potential partners.
