Description: JiCorium will be a culinary and beverage emporium that will constantly exceed the guests’ dining out experience. A restaurant with the doors opened welcoming you in, every guest will be greeted warmly by the owner and/or manager, coupled with the relaxed, professional staff and the open kitchen will add to the diners’ feel of being a long time regular. Upon entering you observe an old world rustic relaxed upscale dining room with an energy-filled hexagonal shaped concrete and distressed wood bar. Guests will enjoy the tableside guacamole in a comfortable array of booths and tables, while making a decision on what beverage to have from 25-30 specialty margaritas and mojitos. Competition among restaurants in Highlands Ranch is at an all time high. With gas prices climbing and the average medium family is cutting dining out from 5.4 times a week to around 3.7 times a week. In Highlands Ranch it is becoming increasingly more difficult to differentiate one restaurant concept from another. JiCorium will be the exception, offering a Southwestern, American fusion menu. The public will find value and a staff that caters to the “exceed the guests’ expectations” attitude. JiCorium will be unlike anything within miles. Close to 100,000 residents in a 5 mile radius will have a major role in the immediate profitability of the restaurant. With offering a private dining room and a patio I believe that a $550/sq ft. of gross profit is with in reach, well above the national average of $475/sq ft. The management team has over 35 years of restaurant operation and banquet experience from both corporate resorts and independently run food establishments. Combining the experience of managing and developing successful independent restaurants in the Denver area JiCorium’s professional staff will implement the business as outlined. We will market ourselves through the radio and place $ off coupons in the local direct mail magazines. We will prove our value in the restaurant market, by giving our guests a greater value for their money than our competitors. We will also do a marketing campaign towards the business in the Highlands Ranch area to increase our banquet and catering business.
