My company, Circle P Farms, is looking to break into the poultry industry. I am looking for financial backing to get my company off of the ground and already have sever key pieces in place that will not only save my business, and therefore my investor a lot of money, but will also bring in a lot of revenue. I have on the table to purchase; 2 pieces of property totaling 54 acres. Included on said property are seven (7) 500' poultry barns valued at approximately $350,000 each; as well as a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home and 80 - 90 thousand in appraised timber. I also have secured a contract with Tyson Foods in order to raise poultry for their company. This contract is valued at a 2.6 million profit margin.
I am looking for 800K - 1 million dollars to get my company off of the ground. As you can see, this is a very safe investment that can be repaid within a year.
