Description:
Hello,
We are a contracting company that specializes in residential construction. We are looking to venture into commercial cleaning like restaurants, office buildings, clinics ect.
The goal we have on the construction side is to purchase, remodel and sell 9-10 homes in 2017.
The idea we have for our janitorial interest is a package deal we would offer on our website and sales pitch that has not yet been done. This plan has many different options to create revenue and is almost guaranteed to win customers. We would be happy to explain our idea if interested.
Thanks,
Jim
