Description:
We are a successful development company in the Charlotte, North Carolina market looking to start a homebuilding operation. The principals have many years of successful homebuilding experience, as well as, land development experience. We are very fiscally conservative and want to take advantage of Charlotte's continued good sales environment. This is the time to start a new company as there are many good land deals to be made here.
