Hello. This is a simple proposal for you or an associate that may have an interest in making short term income from a guaranteed note. I am looking to borrow funds on a short term basis for an investment. This is not a request for a gift, grant, or investment. It would be a loan and/or note.
Situation: I have a short sale situation where someone is in a bind with their real estate. I have a solution where I can help them out and make a small profit from it. However I need a bridge (temporary) loan. I have found that private “hard money” loans are often a bit quicker and easier. I offer transparency to you. I would also be happy to meet in person.
Suggested Terms:
• Interest Rate between 10-12%
• Transaction fee to you, $500, in addition to interest and principal.
