Significant challenges the company faces now and in the near future: I would like to have the ten investors each invest $50,000.00, plus one week each to guide during the hunting seasons. They would each have one tenth ownership into the business, the house, 9 acres, bunkhouse and outbuilding, plus the equipment used in the business. I would also like to get other land leases, and book more hunters.
The investors could use the house as a time share, even renting it out during the off season for extra income. I would suggest that they rent out the house for $500.00 - $600.00 per month to a caretaker. This person would be responsible for taking care of the home, helping me with the leases and landowners.
