Sports You Deserve (SYD) (also referred to as ‘the Company’) is a sports marketing agency dedicated to not only placing ads in schools, but also to school charitable efforts. The company donates the majority of its revenue to high school athletic programs for the purpose of purchasing new sports equipment. SYD’s services are driven through creativity than using traditional sports advertisement agency. In addition to handling display ads, SYD also comes up with creative ideas to help schools find new ways to incorporate advertisement opportunities. These innovative approaches can range from halftime announcements to placing logos on sports equipment. The Company’s business model is based on working out individual deals with schools to promote unique advertisement campaigns. Once SYD and a prospective school reached an agreement, the Company will look for a sponsor to fill the spot. This business model is much more profitable than the traditional display ad model because it is not limited by the amount of space on display boards.
SYD’s initial mission will be to develop a strong relationship with a comprehensive list of schools and advertisers. SYD’s opportunities to set up creative advertising deals with schools depend on the Company’s ability to foster close ties with athletic directors and school boards.
