Gamer Doc Video Games is a video game retailer. We have created an alternative entertainment and retailing experience in the high-growth video game market that we believe will be extremely successful despite the flagging economy. Our retail sales and gaming outlets are constructed as entertainment centers in the retail environment. Our customers experience a high level of service, attention and the ability to easily purchase video games and accessories. Gamer Doc was launched in December 2007, with our first franchise store being sold in January 2008. In the first year of operations Gamer Doc sold 6 territories to Area Developers, as well as a dozen store locations in the US and Canada. By the end of 2008 three retail outlets had opened, and an e-commerce presence had been developed to support both the stores as well as direct customer sales. We have a working group of prospective franchisees that should lead to the development of 15 - 20 franchise stores in 2009, and we are currently seeking expansion capital to fund the development of our corporate-owned stores.
