I am a freelance consultant to managers, small businesses and entrepreneurs. I consult on ideas, goals and projects - first, I interview you to gain an understanding of your project and what you are trying to achieve, then I provide you with a project management plan that lays out a strategy and action plan for the completion of your goal(s). Depending on the nature of your project, I may also work with you to ensure that the actions are carried out and that the goal is completed. Examples of applicable projects are: laying out the structure of/editing a manuscript or teaching course/manual, developing a personal 10-year career/education plan, creating a job description and training binder for new employees, identifying grant funding opportunities and building/submitting a professional grant proposal.
