Aloha Island Appraisals began on the Island of Kauai in June 2006 and was founded by myself, Jesslyn Jardin. After being being in the business for five years I was laid off and decided to continue doing what I knew best, real estate appraisals.
I have great contacts in the real estate industry and work very hard at getting assignments. I have even gotten some contract work from other appraisers. However, I am having a hard time keeping the business afloat since it was so slow all of last year.
