Hello Friend;
First off I'd like to send you my wishes and I hope your day is going well.
I'm currently seeking investments for my company. I've been working as a hobby on the site now for close to 2 years, and although it is no where NEAR where I know it can be and where I want it to go, I have made progress. On average the site is getting over 2,000 unique hits a month, has over 100 registered users, and has various networking profiles on sites across the web. Though there is almost no income as of yet, I do hold as assets which include the domain name, copyrighted materials and over 1500 images which total value is near $7000.00.
This value is based off of average sale price for a domain with equal traffic, and lowest end rates for stock images, so this value is on the low end.
There is plenty of market for growth and development. The online porn Industry is one of only a handful of industry's that have show growth even with the slow economy, with over 100 Billion in sales per year. The Fantasy industry is a fast growing market that has little to no competition for adult end users. Then community web pages that share common interests are huge right now with sites like Facebook, holding more web traffic by the day. The access to my market is easy due to the net being world wide.
I've recently been diagnoses as legally blind, and with this I have decided it is time to focus on this pursuit full time. I know web design, and computers. Then with assertive technologies to help I will continue to be able to run a successful web business even when I may not be able to do other pursuits any longer.
I seeking funds of $10,000 start up funds, which would be used to pay for many things including hosting, marketing, concept design, licenses and hiring of employees. Roles that I'm looking to fill would include the following,

Many of these roles can be held by the same person or persons. As I've been doing for the last couple years. I'm not seeking people who have have advanced knowledge or skills, but an excellent desire to learn and step up to the role. Though prior knowledge would be a nice plus too.

Vision statement
To host the webs best site for adults to gather and share their passion for fantasy, lore and magic.
Goals
1. To host a site with over 200 paid contributing members.
2. To turn a profit of 20k within one annual year.
3. To maintain customer churn of less that 50%.
4. To drive site traffic into the 20,000 hits per day.
5. To employee 15 paid employees, with at least 3 full time.
