We are starting an international motor sport café chain that we want to build up as a franchise Concept.
The first one/the flagship is going to be located in Malaga, Spain and after that we are planning on opening up
more Oktane Motor sport cafés around the world. For example in Dubai, Las Vegas, Miami, Singapor, HongKong, Shanghai.
The concept will be a bit like Hard Rock Café but instead of music we will focus only on motor sport;
cars, motor bikes, racing etc. And we will show only things related to motorsport on the screens in the restaurants. Inside we are going to display cars from Radical Sports cars and Lotus, which we have already signed contract with regarding this and on the walls we are going to display motor bikes, new ones and old ones. And also signed helmets, engines from crashes etc. etc.
We already have the fascilites and our design team has already made renderings of both the inside
and the outside of the fascilites.
