Description:
High Altitude Organic Farm specializing in Gourmet Garlic and Garlic Products.
I am planning a high altitude organic garlic farm in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. We are family owned company and together we encompass all the skills and experience necessary to build and operate a successful organic farm. Our mission is to enrich lives as well as our community by offering healthy, organically grown and produced products.
We own the Company and the Trademark 100%. We have equipment and machinery such as tractors, farm trucks and trailers.
The funding we seek will be used to acquire the land and build the necessary structures, dig the well, and cover the startup costs such as seeding and soil amendments.
In return for your investment of $250k... I am open to any type of creative financing, equity or profit sharing plan that is agreeable to you. I would like to suggest a 30% equity or profit share for the first 5 years or until you have received 6.5 times your initial investment at which time your equity/profit share will be reduced to 15% in perpetuity - or you can sell your shares back to us at an agreed upon number if you want to exit the venture.
If you prefer to loan the funds, we would like to propose a 10 year loan at a 7% interest rate with a final balloon payment of principal at the end of the loan term, with the option to pay the loan off early. We could conceivably pay the loan off in as little as 5 - 7 years.
Please let me know if you have questions or if you are interested in joining us in this venture.
