Islanders Cove is a work in process. I have been working very hard to fund the work needed done and for a 5 year lease term. This Beach Bar/ resturaunt has great potential and is in need of funding. Myself and Sister are partners and have plans for the building which is already fully equipped with full bar and ready to go. Little add-ons still need completed to make it over the top. funding needed is for the 5 year lease term and additional maintenance and to fully stock the bar and kitchen.
