Description: Our goals as a business are to become a dispatching and factoring company for over-the-road carriers in the trucking industry. We wish to provide dispatching services to carriers, including but not limited to, contacting brokerage companies and obtaining loads that meet our carrier's criteria such as location and compensation. In addition to this, have the ability to provide factoring services, the net compensation of each load, to our carriers. Brokerage companies pay independent carriers within 2 to 45 days from the date the load is picked up. Most carriers cannot afford to stay on the road for weeks at a time without compensation. Not only will we dispatch and find the loads for the carrier, we will become a limited power of attorney for each carrier in which the brokerage companies directly pay us. As a result, we are able to compensate each carrier upfront in order for the carrier to have their funds as soon as possible. Once a carrier reaches his destination and a load is picked up, we will deposit 50% of his compensation into his account. When the carrier reaches the delivery location and faxes the company a receipt, the carrier will then receive the remaining compensation. For the services provided, the company will receive 7% of the carrier's net pay. Of that 7%, the company receives 5% and the investor receives 2%. A carrier, on average, may net $20,000 to $40,000 a month! Examples of figures for company and investor are as follows: One carrier earns approximately $20,000 in a month. 7% of this is $1,400; the company receives $1,000 and the investor $400. 30 carriers each earn approximately $20,000 in a month; the company receives $30,000 and the investor $12,000. Basically, our company already has all the resources needed to start this business other than the funds to factor each carrier. An investor in this company will not only turn their money within 45 days, at the very latest, the investor will also gain 2%. In other words, an investor will earn 24% a year on their money simply by putting it up, in small increments at a time, while the company handles all the work entailed. Unlike most companies searching for an investor, our company is not asking for a large sum of money upfront. If an investor so chooses to only put up the money per load several times a week, the investor may go that route. Obviously, it would be less stress on the investor to simply provide a larger amount of money at a time until more funds are needed, but whichever route to be taken is completely at the investor's discretion. This is simply a brief summary of how our business will run. Any interest expressed in our business will be followed up with a complete and thorough presentation our company has created.
