Description: This is a community land mark. I am interested in purchasing and refurbishing this business. The current owner is just maintaining and wants to dump it. The structure needs refurbushing. It has a small customer base, with no competition. I have almost 10 years experience in the roller rink business, and I believe I can turn a profit in two years time.
