My parents have a house and some cars and some medical bills (well alot) that they need to pay off. My father has asked if i know anyone who would be willing to make an investment as he would call it, on him. He is asking for 50,000 to pay everything he has off and then in return pay the investor 500 a month to pay them off. My father is good to his word. but he has asked his lawyer make this legal with papers and all. legal binding as he would call it. I took a 5,000 loan under my name to help him but my mother got sick again, they have to health insurance as you can imagine the medical bills are very high.
