Description:
We are a steel welding and fabrication business engaged in the fabrication of structural steel for commercial buildings and in subcontract fabrication for other company's. We have virtually no debt and are currently operating at a break even. As one of five principals I am seeking funding to expand the company and provide capitol for materials and operating funds to persue the construction market more aggressively.
