The Aninac Electronics Inc. is going to produce wireless controllers and systems (patent pending) that simplify and substantially decrease cost of power installation in the new buildings as well as new sources of lights or new appliances in the used buildings. Moreover the system allows to control every light and appliance from practically any place of the building eliminating a necessity of going to the room where a switch is placed. This feature is particularly useful for disabled and older peoples (baby boomers) as well as in large residences and plants, making easier saving energy.
An important feature of the system is its expansibility. It can be started as a controller of only one lamp or other appliance and then easily extended on control of two, three and practically almost unlimited number of appliances. It will allow to start building the system in residences or commercial plants when addition of a new appliance, or a replacement of a broken old appliance is required, parallel to the existing traditional wired power system. It will also allow to expand the systems in new buildings according to the wish of the resident or user.
The company is searching for an investor for $700K -$1M to keep the business going, purchasing manufacturing equipment(SMT Pick & Place solutions) and laboratory equipment and organize marketing of the system.
The selected management team will be lead by me (PhD in EE & Doctor Hab in CS-C). The final selection will be made after the funds are available.
