About Us Because of my background in the building industry which in compass 30 years of field technician, supervisory and management experience, gives me competitive advantage in developing websites that will promote building services companies. Service providers need a two step approach in marketing their services. One, is to get exposure and the other is to create a relationship with their customer. It is always easier to service a repeat customer than to get a new one. Property Manager, National Companies, Local Restaurants, Associations and Government Agencies fine it beneficial to go with people they know and trust. I was the guy looking for service providers. I know what is needed. Strategy The goals of Red M (URL removed) are to create the exposure both online/offline and assisted service providers in the retention of their valuable customers. Red M Engine back office is built on UNIX servers that are housed in a establish tier two data center. The data center is equipment with all necessary back up systems and security platforms. We use the latest web development tools from Adobe for Web Design and Wordpress. We use industry leader Salesforce CRM platform to provider at a click real-time information about clients. Salesforce is Web2.0 which allow specific secured access from anywhere in the world. This gives us tremendous flexibility to support our customers and expand our customer portfolio. Also because of the explosion in smart phones, I have the expertise to develop web sites in xml language. This allows smart phones to navigate and view websites much easier on portable devices like Apple, Android, Blackberry phone and tablets. To the building service provider this is a very important feature to understand. That not all website are smart phone friendly. The future of this industry will be tied to mobile applications. The apps will be a gateway to retain customers in the field. Just hit the app cuts the competition. Additionally mobile apps development will work its way into the field tech hands. It will allow them to be more productive and increase sales. This is a wide open sector. Going forward The building services sector has been reduced due to the economic climate. However companies that have strived will be challenge to stay competitive and expand to serve their new customer. The proper internet strategy, combine with off line advertising can be an effective approach to sustain and grow the company. Red M Engine is built to enter the market now to assist the client.
