We will offer our customer the finest professional chauffeured experience in the area, providing a first class chauffeured service in high quality, luxury, well-equipped sedan, van, SUV and limo. We will meet and greet at the airport baggage claims area and will offer comfort and undivided attention to all our clients. Every vehicles will have beverages, local newspaper, WSJ and/or any special, specific needs as per their request. We want for their experience to be a positive unforgettable one and repeated with us. We intend to go the extra mile by finding out and delivering exactly the clients preferences of something as simple as the water they prefer to drink.
The service we deliver is access to our website and partners in the industry like travel agency and other company in the industry for a first class chauffeured services. From the time the customer calls for a reservation until they have completed their business in our area and left town for the day, our objective is to offer them quality service before they have to ask for it.
We start with a computerized reservation and scheduling system. A regular customer can register with our system, providing us with name, address(which is used as the system's registration number), Purchasing Order number (required for those company that used them for tracking purposes) and, if the customer desires, a credit card number. Thereafter, when the customer calls for a reservation they are asked for:
their registration number
Name, time and day of travel
type of vehicle needed
Number of passenger
length of time of our services will be needed
