I am the former owner/operator of Jerry's Cajun Cafe' here in Pensacola. I lost my business to my Attorney/ExWife in 2012. I am currently in the design/start-up phase and have a great lease location being held for my restaurant - Jerry's Bistreaux. I was in the process of trying to raise funds through friends and former customers but, found it was against the SEC (Securities Exchange Commission). I have a huge following here after operating Jerry's for 20 yrs. It is my passion, my love and my only means of financial support. I was the Small Business of the Year in 2001 and the University of West Florida's Small Business Development Center's Business Model/Poster Child. I have a very unique concept and was the number one Cajun restaurant in the area.
