Description:
DerRan Studios Incorporated is a Portrait Photography Company. Eighty percent of our business is in doing Portrait Directories for Churches. We also involve ourselves in Portraits to raise money for Civic Organizations, volunteer Fire departments ect. I have been a Portrait Photographer for other companies intermittently beginning in 1986. I am requesting an investor who is willing to advance from twenty-five to Fifty Thousand Dollars. One thing I want is to change the name of the Photography Business so as to eliminate any confusion with
DerRan Music Incorporated, which is a Music Publishing Company that my wife and I founded in 2005.
