Description: I am looking to deal with someone for loans to grow my business. Each loan situation I may need will be different. I would write a business plan for each loan. Sometimes I may be looking for a small loan paid off quickly for example a new contract that requires me to come up with $10,000 in materials and or equipment that would be paid off in 2-4 months. Sometimes I may be looking to start a new parking lot sweeping route and need $50,000 and pay it off in 2 years. We have been in the grounds maintenance business since 2005. We currently deal with commercial customers and government contracts. We still do some residential but we don't sign on any new residential customers. We do parking lot maintenance as well. We do about 50k per year in snow removal with 1 crew but we are looking to expand to offer our customers parking lot sweeping services as well as striping and seal-coating. About 6 months ago we started doing janitorial services making us a full service property maintenance firm. About 60% of our work I get on my own. The other 40% comes from national contractors that I have developed relationships with that send us a lot of work, like USM BFS and ABM. Our new janitorial division it is starting to pick up and is growing every week. You can take a look at our website at (URL removed)
