EAB Advisory Group (i.e. EAB) has a service that all of the 3.300 churches in Chicago need. EAB provides the churches with the ability to accept donations of “Tangible Personal Property” (i.e. Art/Antiques/ Jewelry
/Automobiles etc.) There are hundreds of millions of dollars in these items in church members’ homes. Tangible Personal Property opens up an entirely new steam of donations to the churches. The EAB Church System controls the entire flow until the churches receive their money. EAB then takes a percentage of monies received. There are presently no competitors so the entire multi-million dollar market is open to EAB. EAB has also partnered with a branch office of a major Real Estate firm to provide Real Estate Agents to assist in the marketing and implementation of EAB’s systems as a public service to the churches (NO charge to EAB). EAB anticipated profits (before taxes) of approximately $1,000,000 in the second year of operation with only 12% of the churches involved.
