Description:
Fried Corn Evrythang is a startup business located in Atlanta, GA. We serve southern comfort food with a twist, by infusing "fried corn" in most of our meals. We are known for being, "The home of the Deep Fried Deviled Egg". We also have dishes like Deep Fried Corn on the Cob with 14 different flavors to have on your cob. We have been featured in a very short amount of time for being the, "Eatery of the Month", by Prove Magazine and featured on Streetz 94.5 for being the small business spotlight of the week. We have the city's best Shrimp and Grits and Fish and Grits. We make most of our own condiments and sauces ourselves from scratch. We even have a punch that we make that has taken the city by storm. We are definitely the next big thing that is about to happen in the restaurant industry.
We are in search of $100k in startup business funding so that we can grow our new Food Service/Restaurant business. Right now, Fried Corn Evrythang currently has average monthly sales in the amount of $10,000 to $20,000. Here are some additional details relating to the type and use of funds that we are looking for.
We are now operating out of the Greenbriar Mall food court which is a very low traffic, low income demographic that has been plagued with a history of crime and violence. We started in this mall because we needed a foot in the door somewhere to get our concept out there. In this market we are averaging the above stated numbers with a brand new concept. This speaks volumes for our concept. I say this because despite our location we have customers that still come to our location to get our food. But on the other hand we have many more that will not come because of where we are located. The most common response we get is, "I can not believe this food is offered in a mall!"
We are in the middle of closing a deal for a location in Cobb County in a very up and coming area near the Braves Baseball Park. We have a large following on social media outlets so we would have a vehicle to get the word out quickly of new locations.
We have a concept that is very lucrative and will franchise very well and easily. I am needing funding to hire a firm to put our packet together and market our brand.
Fried Corn Evrythang currently plans to use any raised funds primarily for the following purposes:
-Business Acquisition / Franchise Funding
-Equipment Financing
-Operating/Growth Capital (Payroll, Sales & Marketing, etc)
With that in mind, Fried Corn Evrythang is most interested in receiving capital from these types of funding sources:
-Alternative or Loan Funding
