I am a relocated caterer and survivor of Hurricane Wilma with over 20 years catering experience. I have re-established my business over the past year with great reviews but I need to fund the purchase of equipment and a storefront/warehouse.
I have been able to rent kitchen space but I have lost 4 large events due to the fact that I do not have a food service prep facility.
I have a formal education and some background in public relations and marketing and have been active in charitable functions and fundraisers to increase our name recognition and create goodwill. It is my plan to generate more attention with press releases and media coverage once I have a commercial space.
I have been advertising on Google and Yahoo as well as (URL removed) (a targeted catering search eng
