United China Merchant Services, Inc. dba United BankCard China(UBCC) was founded to market and service complete point of sale (POS) payment systems and merchant services through service contracts with acquiring banks in China. This model has been proven to be very successful in the United States and now China's entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO) is allowing UBCC to be a pioneer for this proven successful model. Our business model consists of a centralized operating center, computerized data management, qualified sales professionals, and technical/customer support representatives. Additionally, this center will house the state of the art high tech processing front/back end platform, a consistent inventory with a complete line of certified Point of Sale systems. Having the license for both processing and issuing, UBCC will be working closely with national credit bureaus, local and foreign banks, government agencies and cooperative financial institutions.
