My partner and me are young entrapanurs that have lived in the Detroit metro area our entire life, we know the area and we know where the killer real estate deals are. Over a year ago we realized that this was the best time in the history of the state of Michigan to get killer deals on investment properties so we started a company that specializes in real estate investment in the Detroit Metro area. We concentrate on buying distressed properties at great discounts, rehabbing them, and then selling them to first time homebuyers way under market value. We negotiate and buy from the banks at such a great discount that there is plenty of equity for us and our investors to make a profit. We are looking for an investor that is willing to invest at least $60,000 for a year with a return guarantee
