For years, I have been in corporate management with HSBC. My experience included mortgage, real estate, insurance, and much much more. About 2 yrs ago, I left there and went to work as a buyer. My duties were to find opportunities at (URL removed)ino's, hotels, (URL removed), bring them the opportunity, and work the deal from beginning until close.
I have decided recently to go out on my own. I am only looking to buy & flip homes. I have built relationships with a certain bank, which allows me to buy thier REO's in a small bulk fashion (5-10 at a time) at or around 60-68% of current market value. Also, buying homes at public auction are allowing this same type of discount.
What I am looking (URL removed) investor to go behind me to help with these purchases. Your money will be completely secure, never used unless for purchase of property or minor repair. Also, when bought, you will get a deed of trust so your money is secure in the property. When sold, the profit will be split 60/40.
