Crispy Holdings is a Holding company for future business fields. Our current business in which we hold is our(DBA)Crispy Clothing Co. which is a sub entity under Crispy Holdings. Crispy Clothing Co. is a clothing line targeted to males and females between ages 18-35 who are into trendy ware such as shirts, dresses, sweaters, hats and scarves. This year our focus is to start up Crispy Entertainment. Crispy Entertainment will be another (DBA) under Crispy Holdings which will focus on party planning for people in N.Y. With Crispy Entertainment we will target the same trendy crowed such as those of Crispy Clothing and charge them to come to our open bar well setup loft and hotel parties while advertising our clothing line at each and every party. We currently have a coming soon site for crispy clothing (URL removed) and we just finished a photo shoot in which we are in the process of using as our online e-commerce site. The plan is to implement both sub entities to work in conjunction with each other to create a double source of revenue which will be filed under Crispy Holdings LLC.
