Description: I am an Entrepreneur at heart, but I also have a skillset that has allowed me to make as much money as I have needed. It's not always about the money, especially when you are doing something that you love doing, while working with people that you can develop. Those same people can have a great effect on us emotionally, professionally, and personally with the camaraderie that takes place at work during the long retail hours. I have managed businesses to some extent since I was a Shift Manager @ 16yrs old (Sonic Drive-In) [references available]. But, only the 1st 2 yrs in the fast food industry, the rest was in a retail environment and/or Sales Based Environment [I have references for almost every single place that I have Managed since starting down the Leadership path.] I ended up at a Retail Furniture company in 2015 doing what I realized I loved immediately. 2015-Jan-->#1 store-->$89k to $200k in 3 months which was the level we maintained it for many years, still within striking distance of this number each month. 2015-April-->#2 store-->$59k to $125k in a few months which is still the current sales volume. 2015-Nov-->#3 store-->$149k to $225k but peaking at $669k for a single month's sales volume which was 2016-Feb. 2016-Aug-->#4 store-->Sept we did $119k, this store stayed over $100k.. I opened this store and did everything needed to ensure it was 100% fully operation-able w/ a professional appearance in-and-out. 2016-Oct-->#5 store-->Nov-2016 we did $179k with sales topping out at $243k. I opened this store also 2017-Dec-->#6 store-->I found this property, negotiated the lease terms, pre-ordered the furniture, designed the showroom layout, and hired the sales team to open this location. Topped out at $200k/mo. We were at $3mil/yr when I took over, we were around $10mil/yr within 3yrs. I left for 1yr the sales fell back to $6/mil with 2 new stores added! I took back over in 2019-May then took the company back to almost $10mil in the 1st full year back with far less payroll and operational expenses down almost 40%.
