I am a former casino Executive Chef who developed Fuze Sushi, which is the first sushi restaurant in America that satisfies the American pallet with a fusion of Japanese and American flavors, in addition to providing traditional Japanese favorites. Fuse Sushi offers diners a non intimidating eclectic environment. Fuse sushi has much more cooked items than raw, something for everyone, Kobe beef burger, filet mignon, coconut shrimp, every item under 26$. Fuse sushi breaks the rules of traditonal sushi where the rolls are 73% of sales creating a very low food cost. Fuse has a very cool hip martini bar and turns into an ultra lounge on mon.-sat. 10:00pm-2:30am. Fuze sushi also does delivery which is much healthier than pizza for the modern family.
