Our sole purpose of this letter is to find a strategic partner who will work with us over the next three years to help us move into commercial developing. This individual or entity should have between $250,000 to $1,000,000 to invest and be knowledgeable in Real Estate transactions. Our sole use of these funds will be for earnest money to secure parcels of land for commercial developing.
