MC Ltd is a subscription based online DVD rental company. The firm provides convenient access to a library of over 35,000 movie, television and other filmed entertainment (excluding explicit adult content) to its subscribers.
The MC business model is based on the successful US-based concept pioneered by Netflix Inc (NASDAQ: NFLX) in which members initially enrol in the service on a 2 week free trial basis, and automatically become paying subscribers (billed monthly in advance), unless they cancel.
Depending on the enrolment level, subscribers are allowed a certain number of movies out at any one time, with no due dates, late fees or shippin
