Description: The Spirit and Groove™ house of brands model is an exceptional way to engage and convert an ever-expanding market around one word - groove! There are 17 million people interested in drumming across the planet. Mankind's first instrument carries through countless markets of opportunity. Not just those who play, but enthusiasts, and entire regions of the world where the drum is part of their culture. We want to bring as many drummers and lovers of the instrument we can into our circle and intend to provoke their psychological needs of belonging to convert them into buyers through the sharing of one word across various markets – groove. We are doing this through a music industry marketing model called Connect with Fans = Reason to Buy. CtW=RtB focuses on community building first and then motivates those individuals to buy into the brand on a recurring basis. For instance, 1000 loyal fans spending $25 per year each on the brand results in $25K in revenues. With a market as large as the drum community, this can result in multi-millions of dollars in brand spend every year. Spirit and Groove™ is in our first phase of business development. We have established communities in Instagram (over 10K followers) and Facebook (4K followers) with both growing exponentially thanks to our content-delivery marketing model. In addition, the brand now controls trademarks for the Spirit and Groove logo as well as Groove Power, GROOVE Stripes, and Got Groove? – the three lines of apparel that align with our target and secondary markets. To date, Spirit and Groove™ has achieved exceptional and accelerated growth with under $11K invested in the brand. Secondary and subsequent phases plan to build off of that growth through larger investments (preferably from equity and angel investors) looking to help the world "Celebrate the Groove."
