Dubai Vape & Hookah Cafe is a new concept in the hookah lounge arena which centers around quality products, overall ambience, and decor. Within 45 days of initial investment location one will be ready for patrons. As previously mentioned we endeavor to create a scalable model which can be franchised in additional urban locations by year three. The business will earn revenues through the sale of hookah and vape accessories(pipes & vaporizers), tobacco (multiple flavors), non tobacco products (herbs & e-juice), drinks (coffee, tea, juices & mocktails), venue events (belly dancing, corporate events, movie nights & private party rentals), and pastries (Middle Eastern & American origin). Our target market is organically generated with local residents however demographically we expect a high concentration of Middle Easterners and college students. With strategic planning we anticipate capitalizing on 18-35 year old urbanites interested in upscale recreation alternate to bars serving alcohol and coffee shops which are cliché’ in that area.
