The business itself is conceptual. I am seeking investors at the moment because after my lawyers research he believes I am eligible for a 20 year utility patent on my invention. I have already invested 1000 dollars of my own money but unfortunately on minimum wage it is taking it's toll. The stage I am at now is being in need of 18,000 dollars for marketing and full patenting. It is written into the contract with the marketing firm that all money invested on my part or my investors, has to be returned in full before any money can be distributed. They get 20% and I get 80% of all money from deals made with companies wanting to buy the invention. I am willing to offer 10% of that 80% on top of full repayment of any investment made.
