The business I am looking to develop is a ( Nightclub with drinking . dancing & entertainment! ) I have a location in mind, Have not yet looked into it as much as I would like to ( as this is just an idea ) but the reason I am seeking an investor is because I need to ( before I go any further ) find out where I am coming up with the money to make this business happen!

All the windows will be tinted 100% Black so you cannot see inside the nightclub. We will have a personal DJ playing every night. Waiters ( waiting on people for drinks and so forth ) as well as loud music and a dance floor for all 300 people to dance on.
How do I plan to develop this Night Club and generate income? Simple, You charge a fee of $9.95 to get into the club. Club will hold about 250-300 people ( doing the math that's $3,000 a night ( x ) 7 nights a week that's $21,000 a week ( x ) 4 weeks in a month ( that's a total of $84,000 a month ) Not including alcohol beverages and so forth.
I am looking at a starting investment of 500K ( if more is needed I will need for the investor to supply any additional amount above 500K. I'm fine with what ever interest rate is given to me. ( so the investor will decide on that % for the simple fact that I am okay with paying back at a high interest rate. )
