The TRI Federation LLC. is dedicated to the global development, education and promotion of a new sport, TRI. Designed in 2006 by Jeremiah Schwarz, the sport has recently seen steady growth in China and the Federation now has its sights on debuting in the US market. The organizing body of the sport also has an exclusive partnership with MAL Sporting Goods, founded by the same partners of the Federation. Together the companies develop and dominate the new industry and will continue to for a projected next 10 years.
TRI is played with 3 teams at the same time, is full contact, fuses elements of several international sports and is highly strategic. The game is played with a patented new TRIball, the most tangible and attractive element of the sport. The sport is attractive in several markets as it can be seen as the world's off-season training sport. It is exciting to watch and has the potential to secure a credible position and portion within the sports industry.
So far, the TRI Federation has worked with over 25 corporate sponsors and has successfully hosted 2 international games, begun recreational leagues in multiple cities and pentrated the international school community hosting interscholastic games. In the next 2 years, the Federation plans to host a 27 US state tournament as well as a 9 nations international tournament.
