Rather than delay getting to market pending raising capital, Strike management chose to build market presence and visibility by contract brewing the initial batches under the CEO and Brewmaster’s direction. Now that Strike has signed its first distribution agreement for Santa Clara County, Strike Brewing Co. is seeking to raise $1 million via a Series A Restricted preferred stock offering. These funds will provide brew house equipment, the lease of a 4,000 square foot space, physical build out of the brew house and tasting room, modest salaries for the management team, and working capital for the second year of operation.
