Description:
We search for pre-foreclosure prop that are located in a prime area. Negotiate short sales and re-sell with an auction method. So esentially we buy cheap and flip quickly. A long-term goal is to be able to help people in foreclosure to stay in their homes and help our local community rebuild. I am in Marion County Florida. This plan could help hundreds if not thousands if we can just get started. I have a team of professionals backing this idea and ready to help the homeowners as well. We are not neive, we do know that helping them can just prolong the inevitable-we want to help in the way they need. If they have to sell-we can help them quickly and if they want to stay;we'd like to help. There are many creative ways to assist. Thankyou for your time. Jennifer VanPelt
