This is where the use of the internet for buying a house starts and stops. Beyond this, you probably send several emails to local real estate agents to see who can get you to see that house first or you may ask a friend or family member on who is who in the local real estate market that can help you out. Why? Because consumers don’t know any different – this is how they have always done it. So why not change? Simple - because nothing is out there that gives them a reason to change and because our local MLS companies and local real estate agents and brokers still make you feel like you need them – they have more information than you! That’s right! They are your super duper info highway on real estate in the area. So guess what? As a seller, you pay more! As a buyer, you pay more too! What about when you used a stock broker instead of ETrade – paid more then right? -- so why did you change? Maybe it was that now you had the same information as the ‘professional’ or because you saw you could save some money. So, what are we doing? We are bringing buyers and sellers together with full disclosure of information. Information provided by the sellers and buyers themselves. Creating a national MLS where the information highway is developed solely by the seller and the buyer. We are simply bringing the supply (house sellers) and the demand (house buyers) together without upfront fees, upfront costs or percentage of sale requirements.
