A drive-in theatre with a campgound. I would like to build a water park for children to play in to start. Eventually I would like to expand the waterpark to include go-carts, lazy river, room for families to play boccie ball, football, etc.
My plan will be comparable to Darien Lake. Here in Sarnia we have a large Concert Venue (Rodgers Bayfest) that I would do bus trips to. There is a very large area to service for this type of business and I believe I would be expanding much sooner than I have projected
