Value Providers, Inc. has been building this infrastructure for the last 5-6 years. The first 3 years, the company put together a nationwide network of DME dealers (our customer base.) We spent the next 2 years securing contracts in Asia to supply this dealer network. We now have over 74 DME items approved through FDA & SADMERC. We have just completed the fitment on our own factory in Shanghai that is meant to serve as a "mixing" plant. This mixing plant's purpose is to pull a variety of products from 4-5 factories in China and ship a mixed container into the US. This keeps overhead low while we do not need to have a distribution center here in the US, and more of our customers can purchase a container load if it is a nice mix of items, instead of 1 40 ft.
