Scientech, Inc. was formed to be the holding company of two independent ozone manufacturing firms.
The one firm produces a unique, patented, “new generation” home and commercial appliance that is able to produce bottled water quality water in a point-of-use application while controlling germs and bacteria on surfaces and foods. This Nevada Corporation is an early stage enterprise, with dealer and OEM accounts already established. It was formed through the acquisition of the assets of three ozone manufacturing and marketing firms. Marketing and sales strategies are developed and marketing support materials have been prepared. The product line was introduced into the market place at the Water Quality Association national trade show in March of 2003.
The other firm is a veteran company in the water purification business with over twenty years of business. Founded in 1986, this manufacturing firm produces patented ozone generators, air preparation, and water treatment systems for commercial, industrial, and home uses. Domestic and international customers include commercial, industrial, water treatment specialists, engineering companies and private label original equipment manufacturers and marketers. Notable customers include Pepsi Cola, Coca Cola, McDonalds, Subway, Colex Colenta, Holiday Inn, Sea World, Minnesota Zoo, and the Shedd Aquarium.
The position of the company is to not only be the leader in new technologies today but to maintain that position through the development and marketing of planned new patented products, applications and technologies in the future.
Currently, the company is offering a private placement for the funding of technology and equipment aqcquisitions, corporate headquarter facility, new product development, and worldwide sales and marketing.
