Description:
My company will be strictly for apartment complex's. Painting apartments for 15 cents a square foot. One apartment complex can guarantee a mininmum of three apartments a week up to twenty-five. With square footages from 1000 square feet.
Complex's give two year contracts to companys who give good business for six months.
My every intention is to build relationships and keep work with these complex's. Not only underbidding competitors, but personally doing good work.
I was a painter with Personal Touch Painting for over five years. I did all his dirty work for him. Invoicing, payroll, and managed the work.
Its time I've made money for myself!
