Description:
I would like to start a business flipping houses, but I would like to focus on disadvantaged areas. I would like to purchases inexpensive homes in the these areas, fix them up, and then sell them to people in those areas using various methods of seller financing. My hope is that this would help people who wouldn't normally be able to afford/be approved for a conventional mortgage, achieve the dream of owning their own (URL removed) well as clean up these neighbor hoods. I would also like to focus on rejuvenating older (at 100 yrs) properties.
